Hello, my name is Yudis and I was born in El Salvador and I grew up in Elkhart, Indiana. I moved to Virginia Beach 6 years ago. At first, I wanted to study to become a dental hygienist because I wanted to put a smile on everyone’s face; however, I also have a huge passion for skincare. Growing up, my mother was a Mary Kay consultant, and the best thing that ever happened to me was when she got me my first set of skincare. I was only 13 years old when my mother gave me the first 3 steps of my skin care routine, and it made me feel taken care of. That was when my passion for skin care started. Then my sister had a really bad acne, and it was devastating to see her depressed and suffering because of her skin. That was when I said to myself, “One day I will learn how to help people with skin concerns, just like my sister.” My goal as a Master Esthetician is to help my clients understand their skin needs and their skin type, to help achieve their desired skin look. I take skincare very personally, and I believe it is important to act professionally when it comes to my clients’ needs.
