For your convenience we have detailed our policies below. We hope this will ensure your salon and spa experience will be memorable and relaxing
Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment for massages, facials, eyelash extensions or group services. You will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please note: a 72 hours’ notice is required for all group reservations. You will be charged the full-service price for missing your appointment without any notice.
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your scheduled appointment at least one business day prior to your appointment. Additionally, our scheduling system will also send out an email or text (SMS) reminder of your appointment at least one day prior to your appointment. If we or our scheduling system are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation fees.
We understand "life happens". If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please text or call us! (757) 752-3895 and we will do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, gift cards/certificates and cash. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. A gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to the pre-discount price of services purchased through discount voucher promotions, or for groups larger than four.
We want you to be happy. That’s why we take great pleasure in the quality of services we provide at Vogue Lashes & Spa. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know and we will gladly work to ensure your happiness.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging with an original receipt within 30 days. We do not offer or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.
Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
We offer Off Site Services for any event and occasion. Please call for details.
Shhh! Please be sure your cell phone is turned off at all times while in our salon and spa.
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. Children under the age of 12 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.
No pets please, service animals are welcome.
Vogue Lashes and Spa will not release any personal information obtained inside the salon and spa to any outside parties. Email addresses are used strictly for special event updates and appointment confirmation. Clients may request the removal of their email address at any time.
